Embarkation and welcoming service by the crew on board providing to guests information on the areas of the yacht facilities, weather information and presentation of the cruise.
Start cruising in the coastal line of Attica towards Cape Sounion, passing by Glyfada, Kavouri, Lemos (Astir Hotel), Varkiza, Agia Marina, Thymari, Lagonisi Resort with a stop for a swim in a blissful private bay along way.
Next destination is Cape Sounion bay for anchorage. Disembarkation to a small dock with tender and our staff will escort you to the passage heading to the remarkable Temple of Poseidon, constructed in 444–440 BC, over the ruins of a temple dating from the Archaic Period.
It is perched above the sea at a height of almost 60 metres (200 ft). The design of the temple is a typical hexastyle, i.e., it had a front portico with six columns. Only some columns of the Sounion temple stand today, but when intact it would have closely resembled the contemporary and well-preserved Temple of Hephaestus beneath the Acropolis, which may have been designed by the same architect.
Next on the route is cruising to Palaia Fokaia for lunch drop of in one of the local fish restaurants in front of the fishermen dock.
Cruising back to the disembarkation port enjoying the beautiful sunset colors along way.
